Italian Meatloaf
Ingredients :
1 lbs of ground pork
2 lbs of lean ground beek
1/2 lbs of mushrooms
1 egg (beaten)
Olive oil (3 table spoons)
1 egg (beaten)
2 1/2 of italian bread cumbs
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of provolone or mozarrela cheese
2 clove of finely minced garlic
1/2 cup of red wine
2 tablespoons of ketchup (optional for better taste)
1 tablespoon of oregano and basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions :

Mix meet together and seasnon with basil, oregano and salt and pepper. Saute sliced mushrooms in the olive oil until golden. Next stir in the mushroom to the meet and all the other remaining ingredients.


Preheat the oven to 385 degrees F. Place the meat in a pan cover it with a aluminium foil and bake it for an hour.


 After an hour uncover it and bake it for ten more minutes, so the top gets more brown.
