Authentic Italian Fettuccine Pasta
Ingredients :
1 lb of fettuccine or penne pasta
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
cup of butter(unsalted)
cup of Parmigiano-Reggianno cheese (grated)
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Pinch of salt and black pepper
cup of fresh parsley
Directions:

First boil salty water and cook the fettuccine pasta, until al dente. Take a medium size sauce pan and melt the butter on a low heat. Insert the cream and cook it until boiled. Season the sauce with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

 

Once pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it with the previously prepared sauce. At the end add cheese and leave it on to melt.

 

You could decorate it with parsley, and top it with some more cheese if desired.
