Salami lover Italian salad
1 small lettuce
lb of salami (any kind you like) * I prefer spicy
1 small cucumber
cup of cherry tomatoes
2 eggs
lb of white mushrooms
Italian dressing
1 tbsp of olive oil

Cut up the lettuce, cucumber and mushrooms in a thin pices and place it in the big size bowl. Boil eggs, and once cold cut it up and added to the bowl. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and also insert them into the bowl.


Take salami and fry it in a 1 spoon olive oil only for 7-10 minutes. Once salami get this crunchy texture, place it on top of the salad. You can eat it with any dressing, but I do recommend Italian.
